Parents will get.since parents are the gaurdians and the younger son has no dependents so parents will get according to hindu family law father will get the property

If the second son got married then the property goes to his wife otherwise it will goes to his mom and dad.

though d father bought it and paid 4 it but as it was in d name of 23 son ,it was sons now and after his death it wil go to d father and d mother in case he was un married and to his wife and kids ( consult a lawer 4 any doubts)

sons wife and children if he is married.otherwise property goes to father and elder son equally. (due to law).

if the younger son has't leave any will then,
1) if he is married then the property will go to his wife or son as the case may be
2) if he is unmarried the property will go back to father.
