No.Not as per law. No HIV positive person can be discriminated.But everywhere there are so many apprehensions and myths about the disease that one has to fight for his her rights all the time. Sometimes even Doctors are foolish enough to think that HIV spreads on contact ,touching, kissing spitting etc.The fact is that it DOES NOT.

As per law he can't do this. But Their is 2 rulls of emplyment. 1. Boss is always right 2. If he is wrong then see rull no. 1.
I think u got yr answer. People are heartless so they want to give more & morepain to a person who is already in trouble.

No , no employer can remove an employee from the job merely on the ground of he infected with HIV, now a days every one is aware that it cannot be spreded by touching, by sitting together, and having lunch together also. If any body suffered by the employer he can approach appropiate forum for his re-instatement.
