I resigned from company and continued my service till completion of agreed one month notice period.Now employer not paying one month salary. Advise what to do?

otherwise go ahead and find a lawyer....so to employee court...If you have resigned as per the terms of your appointment letter companies rule and also work for one month then you are entitle for the same. Some for the payment...you should take opt for legal means as u r entitled to receive ur salary provided that the date of acceptance of ur resignation letter is after that month whose salary is due

I want to do higher study but my current company not accepting my resignation and not releasinging me for the same. Is there any Indain law for this? ?

practice every company will have to releave an employee after he/she has given resignation letter well in advance as per the notice period policy of the company generally 1 or 2 months in advance.But if there is an unproper handover or any dissatisfactory work/behavior of the employee the company can hold on the releavng letter and not issue the same.

standards nowadays....Most companies have their own procedures in place on how an employee shoudl resign. You could enquire about the procedure and do the needful whether it is to submit a written letter will come to you....You can simply write the reason and your resignation for the job.
