then the insurance company pays else you have to pay...dont you know such a simple thing...there two different bodies to pay. one is the life insurance or healh insurance who ll pay for u getting injured and for ur car damage u can claim to ur vehicle insurance....you should do your insurence then company will pay....u have a insurance of any gernal insurance company to company r paying...this is matter of accident
