can any employer remove a person from his job on the basis that he is HIV infected and will spread this disease, or co workers are not ready to work with him ?  

The employer has to take measures to educate his employees on this matter. He/She cannot simply remove the person from the job. It is really ironic to note that well educated people also discriminate HIV+ people. They should be the people to spread the knowledge, not act like illiterates.

No. This is not a reason for throwing anyone from a job. Refer to the Supreme Court decision on this subject.

No, an employer cannot fire any employee just for being an HIV infected. Afterall it is not contagious disease.

i hav read various articles about this issue and even in india, it is nt considered legal 2 fire a person just becuz he/she is HIV infected.. i hav also seen a bollywood movie phir milenge raising d same issue and d HIV infected girl(played by shilpa shetty) finally wins d case.. dis movie also speaks agnst dis issue.. so according 2 me, its not legal..
