Has your employer served you any notice of termination or any reasons for the same. Consult an advocate with all documents under Workmen Compensaion Act.

Yes, just u consult a lawyer with the documents/evidences what u r having now,u claim compensation through court procedings.But u hav to stand strongly,bocz it wil take long duration,other vice go through a middle men, get settlment via media.
