You should present that cheque again immediately. Once it is dishonoured again. You need to get legal notice issued within 15 days through your advocate.
Do note that there is no provision of condonation of delay. Hence if you fail to get legal notice issued within 15 days, then you will not be able to complaint under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
