No..being HIV infected doesnot give the employer the right to expel the person from the organisation.In fact HIV doesnot spread through touch and and breath or even through water or food. and if the co workers are not ready to work with him, then that's their problem

rubbish,.,.....hiv infection is not contagious.....and u can take legal action on that note.....dont u watch TV serials and movies....

no employer can sack his employee on d grounds dat he is HIV +ve.......... if he is doin so he is doin it against law
u can drag him 2 court n be sure u l win n get d compensation 4 d los of honour dignity n tym
he is doin wrong
HIV is not a communicable diseases
it do not spread by air
may b d coworkers and employer of dat firm r sumwat illiterate n ignorant.....................

NO, based on whatever you have said there is no ground for the employer to dismiss an employee.
Well, dear sir, strange things keep happening in this country of ours. And our law has too many tentacles and one has to really struggle in the court of "law" against such things. This is India !!
