stand in front of the mirroe everyday and talk to your self..thats the best way to get rid of your inhibitions..
being introvert is a matter of choice..dont change yourself..
being an extrovertis a requirement for your job..so you only need to suit urself as per ur job requirement only during office hours..you can go back to your introvert self after you get back home..try it its fun! guess what im into hardcore sales and im an introvert too!

Hi Raja,this is a common difficulty for a number of people.You need to have more faith in yourself,take care of your knowledge/vocabulary,speak in front of the mirror in English(if job demands english speaking)..........Most importantly BELIEVE that you can add value to your company,it will help..........

you should not think at all that you are an introvert person. Say boldly what you feel. Act as and whwen required but be honest
