I would suggest you immediately register a complaint along with any proof that you might have with:

The President
West Bengal State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
Bhabani Bhavan, Ground Floor, Calcutta -700 027.

If you have been cheated then this rogue of a vendor needs to be taught a lesson.

The question is are the SD CARD &CHARGER WITH KODAK C713 CAMERA are comming with the pack of the KODAK C713 CAMERA
or you have seperately purchased them;
If the first one is true then first request the shopkeeper that perhaps some mistake has been done while packing the camera pack;
If the later on is true make sure that you have bill showing the item name; serial number; product number etc;

Then you contact kodak customer care center; they will guide you;
