R you are sure that you r doing really best. If yes, then talk to your boss first. After the discussion if you feel the situation has not change then remember no one can change it. So I feel personaly when you set all your work like discuss with your senior most and the result has not change, make your resume and try for the betterment. Because you know someone (GOD) is always watching us. if we are really good no one will ditch us. So donot get upset. stand up and go ................................... ..................

Hi Suman, u hav not informed tht since wen r u workin in this company. Its really difficult to say abt growth widout knowing the time duration of ur being wid the company....but as per me, u should stick to the company for at least 1 year 6 months to 2 years.....N if the company isn't giving growth even after tht, then quit the company n join a better 1 :)
