Mr. Ramdev, at present the Gold prices are hovering somewhere around Rs. 13,500/- per 10 gms. May I remind you that Gold prices are directly related to the prices of oil in international market, if oil prices see a spurt same be the case with gold and vice-versa. The gold prices had remained stagnant at a level way back since 1980s and the increase has been seen in recent 1-2 years.

As on 13th August 2008 Gold price is Rs.11,430/- per ten gm.
