To be very simplistic....both are incomparable.....they are like sword and needle...
what i am trying to say is beauty ,wwhen it's in face has it's own importance,value and use ,similarly beauty,when it's in heart has it's own impartance,value and use.


For eg:agar timepass karne ke liye bf/gf chahiye to beautiful face wins over beeautiful heart ,,,,aur agar pati/patni banane ke liye bf/gf (respectively) chahiye and u want relation to last than beautiful heart wins over beautiful face.

no i think beatiful heart is important because beatiful heart makes face beautiful but beatiful face doesn't make heart beautiful. Beautiness is all about glow in the face which we can get only by having beautiful heart.
