Most placement agencies are not working, and I agree to it. There's not major demand in the job market owing to stagnation in the global economy. The attrition rate (rate at which employees leave a company) is abnormally low now ... some even in the single digits. So, candidates wanting jobs are less ... and companies looking for recruitment are less too.

However, this mood will certainly develop. And in some time, we can see the recruitment open up and more demand in the placement sector. Just wait for few more time, and you will see the result.

Not all the placements agencys are fake or not working. Some of them really good and sending placements to the boys immidiately.
