dear Friend ,It's totally depends on your interest. No any subject is typical and no any subject is simple to study.

You should have diclose your interest of subject with this Question. In my Opinion One should Consider on:

1. IAS Exam is not atall Easy.
2. Must Choose Scooring Subject as per compentency
3. I prefer, Mathamatics oriented Subject
4. Regular Update the Cuurent affairs and events wordwide
5. Start with NCERT 12th StANDRD Books for your choosen subject and General Studies

6. Finaly, If you are keen to be an IAS officer,plan for studies rather than going for easy subjects.You may plan for scoring combination
subject.

For best scoring in IAS you can choose SANSKRIT, HISTORY and this will also depend upon of intrest on subject.

You select the subject which in you have more interest. If you have finished graduation you must have had some major subject like political science, history or any good subject you select them and read for it but IAS covers all the subject.

FACT IS THAT,THERE IS NO SUBJECT WHICH IS EASY.YES,YOUR INTEREST ON THE SUBJECT,DEDICATION MAKE THE THING EASY ALWAYS.

It depends on the major u have studied in graduation or post graduation. If u r comfortable with that subject take that otherwise u can take History/Political Science. But u must be study very hard. Questions are really testing ur intelligence.

No subject is easy or difficult. It depends on your interest in the subject,efforts you are making,your IQ level,and the technique you are adopting to tackle the subject. The selection of subject will also depend on your subjects you have in your graduation and masters. You cannot change them. If you are keen to be an IAS officer,plan for studies rather than going for easy subjects.You may plan for scoring combination

The questions asked in the Civil Services exam have a certain level of difficulty. Your choice of subjects should depend on whether you are good with that subject or whether you had it in ur graduation or masters etc. Lets say if someone is an Economics (H) then one of his subjects shold be economics. Rest he can have english, hindi and probably a political science or history. You can even choose maths. But then again, please have in mind that IAS needs a lot of study and hardwork
