The big 4 accounting firm all require their employees to obtain a CA qualification and alot of other top accounting firms. I think maybe CA is seen to be more 'prestigious' than CPA and harder to obtain.

After chartared accountant you have plenty of earning sckope. If you do any course further you will be considered great and you will get more money. Wish you best of luck.
