no its just for shhort term always get a good technical qualification in bpo they will surely ditch you after the age of 40

First of all ,you didn't reveled the basic details of your education or your career objective.

Whether it is BPO or it may be ITES, its not the matter what your are choosing, Its all about your career vision.

If you have serious passion about meeting new people and their ideals BPO will be the choice.

And you can expect promotions and rewards on HR management on BPO.

But you can't expect deeper technical expertise from those career.

If you reveal your career vision clearly then we will share some better ideas here.

Yes, to some sort of extend it is better as u r fresher/new passout; but for long term it is not perfact again depending on the criteria u work. Call centre/Development.
