i guess the university site cant hold all the result data coz it wud always increase the burden on the database of the website and its neither practical, further the result provided is mostly for the information point of view and not the original . so it is made to expired in few month so that newer results can b displayed.
now i dont think there is any practical way ok keeping the link alive. the most practical way for me is to "save" the page at ur system. just click the file tab of the browser and click on save as.....
you can copy-paste the data directly from the site but that doesnt show any credibility and sometimes cant b done.
never bookmark the page coz it always save the link and once the link is expired its of no use.

Every thing uplodaded on internet has some size and the server has its own capacity restrictions. so system admin can keep the file there for infinite time. only thing you can use if it works on your university site is remember the url and searching on google or some other search engine and see if cheche is available. Never ever try to copy data and making your own site as these data are copy righted
