well bhas.... u can start either real estate .or else share market which helps one in getting good profits......u can even invest in brokerage of land bhoom also .....
other wise invest u rself in some good moner revolving schemes like taking polices.....above all these.... u can invest in garments business also

I am working in a n IT company and new in hyderabad.I will suggest 2 things for you:-
a) As per your budget take a small room on rent and open dosa,chaat like bhelpoori sort of outlet where ppl can come after work n spend sometime with friends and your bhelpoori!
b)plz go ahead with some other buisness of your choice but meanwhile do some property work.I mean find out flats n residential areas which the owners wana gve on rent and if you can find customers through advertisement,truly speaking you will make good money bt it needs some patience my friend.
