For buying a plot in himayat nagar of 200 sq.Yards I think it will be around Rs.35,000 to 40,000 and the best bank for loan ICICI, HDFC or LIC HOUSING FINANCE etc.

Rs 25k around but it might vary ICICI prudential gives u home load

Well if you are interested in buying a plot in himayat nagar i.e of 200 sq.Yds, then it will cost you around Rs.30,000 to 35,000 and you can go for home loan or loan against property with the bank of your choice like HDFC,ICICI or LIC HOUSING FINANCE etc and the fixed interest rates for these banks will range from 13.25% to 14%.
