Hello Ajay. If we consider this from Vaastu perspective, having the marble or the tiling can really make wonders. The beauty about placing marble is not just restricted to the shine and glitter but it carries the essence of one of the important elements, i.e. earth and walking on marble would always give you a feeling of strength viz a viz any tile or white cement. The Tiles though can appear nice but logically going by Vaastu Principles i would really suggest Marble work. Hope that doesnt pinch your pocket much!!!

if u are livivg in a place where there is too much low temprature for major part of the year than marble is not advicable. there is a new trend of using wooden floorings,, which can go along very well with yr furniture specally for the bedrooms. For living rooms tiles would be good. for bathrooms i would suggest not to use tile as it becomes very sli[ppery when wet. use marbles ot tile which has rough look and looks like a flat stone piece.
I do agree that yr budget would increase as different flooring in all the room will cost more, however home is what u will make once in yr lifetime so go for the bst.
