Hi there!! In the first place your question stands irrelevant as the tortise you mention is never suggested in Vaastu Shastra. It has got nothing to do with tortise. Perhaps you are getting mixed up with Feng Shui
Another word of caution. Dont try mixing both Vaastu and Feng Shui at any site as the elements on which Vaastu is based altogether varies in case of Feng Shui. Feng Shui is kind of a Chinese Vaastu.
