Its use is not mandatory. if you feel you may use it after brushing.

Mouthwash should be used after we brush our teeth. It prevents the bacterias growing inside for a longer duration and keeps our breath fresh for hours together.

not necessarily only if u feel u have bad breathe even after brushing u may rinse once.but u should check the cause of ur bad breathe.pls rate

Usually after since most of them you're not supposed to drink or eat or anything for 1/2 an hour after using them.

I think after brushing and flossing so it can better get in between your teeth and down under your gums. Both of those places are the breeding grounds of plaque/bacteria and it is very important to get Listerine there.
