One cannot use that for themselves. You can only come to a doc and until indicated v clearly this may be brought down.
Or simply ram urself into a wall. Whack one hammer onto ur head. jump off a 30 m building head down- with hazards included.

there r quit many drugs but they r anesthetic agent & mostly not possible to give orally. either they r given i.v (injections) or inhalation (Gas/vapour). u can understand if u want very short period of unconsiousness say 5 mint. that has to be very controlled administration. by oral route u can not controle. ones it's gone in u have no controle over it. beside oral route is not practicle for short period effect.
