Food:--@ Eat plenty of eggs and liver,for vitamin A (Conceived women should not take liver)

@ Consume plenty of vegetable oils,nuts and oily fish for essential fatty acids.
@ Eat plenty of Shellfish,red meat and pumpkin seeds,for zinc.
@ For hair:--Brahmi Amla hair oil is very good.But you must massage this oil nicely on your hair and scalp.
@ Use the leaves and flowers of shoe flower(Japakusum) as shampoo. Do not use any other products as shampoo.
