Start cardio workout 3 times a week. Walking, cycling or jogging is an excellent way to reduce fat keep fit. Also do toning exercises for abdominals for example ab crunches and sits ups. Eat low fat diet. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Include variety of low fat foods in the diet. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer.
