is Lactospore-R manufactured & marketted by Sabinsa Corporation....lacto bacillus are useful bacteria and you can get tab sporolac etc .it is not in strength of 500 mg .it is in stength of millions of spores

I want to know some good Probiotics available in the market to balance good bacterias. The imbalance is caused due to excess antibiotics.

Consult a doctor first and foremost. It isnt good to mix and match your medicines without medical supervision....sporolac tab and powder is the best thing.........other things are syp nutrolin of capsules or sachets from the company USV is really good.
