is Lactospore-R manufactured & marketted by Sabinsa Corporation....lacto bacillus are useful bacteria and you can get tab sporolac etc .it is not in strength of 500 mg .it is in stength of millions of spores

bacilus you can take plain ciprobid also 500 mg if the combination is not available and take a separate tab of sporolac along with...I think it is still avaiable in market.You can go to some reputed medical

It isnt good to mix and match your medicines without medical supervision....sporolac tab and powder is the best thing.........other things are syp nutrolin of capsules or sachets from the company USV is really good. Regarding the issue of "natural" or "artificial", there are NO artificial probiotics. They are "natural" friendly
