the common type of cancer occuring over the skin of the nose is a variety of skin cancer called basal cell carcinoma... it most commonly looks like a wound/ ulcer with pearly white edges... less commonly it may appear as a mass which is fast growing.... but a mass looking like a pimple is unlikely to be a cancer... consult a dermatologist if it's size increases rapidly or if a wound appears on it... don't be too apprehensive... the most common pimple like looking lesion over the nose is the white-head... wash ur face 4-6 times a day using soap and water... don't use oil based cosmetics such as fai and lovely...
