No Sauna belts will not help you to develop a good six pack abdomen. What it does is basically causes you to sweat a lot so might dehydrate you. But it is in no way going to help you in burning the layer of fat covering your six packs. For your six packs to be visible you need to shed the fat above it. The only way to do it is good cardio workouts with a proper nutrition plan.
