Penis is a mighty male machine.The front end of penis,called,Glans,is slightly thicker than rest of the penis and it is the most sensitive part of the male organ and a slight touch,excites and makes it errect.Even though you are not using your hands(vigourously),you are moving your body,to make it rub with bed.(with less vigour).The effect of both the actions are same and seves the same purpose to you.
