The best way to lose weight and become slim is by exercising regularly and cutting down fat intake. Avoid oily and fatty foods and jog regularly for about 1 hour a day for 2 to 3 months. You also should change your sedantary work habbit. I think this will be sufficient to lose your weight and get slim. I would advice you not to take up any slimming drugs or any kind of sliming products which are being advertised in the TV and newspapers as its not good for your health in longer term.
