Desi elaj to be healthy & well build, would be eat nutritious food, if U r a veggi eat greens & other veg. Sprouted cereals if U can eat for nashta or Makkai, Banana/seasonal fruits/juice & milk. For lunch dal chaval roti with any subzi, raw veg.kakdi, gajar, muli & handful of groundnut with goud or dahi or lassi. For dinner roti/parata/nan with makhan & any seasonal veg. sag or subjji or pannir. If U r a non. veg. egg a day with double roti & milk/fruit/juice. For lunch meat, roti, chaval, subji or raw veg. kakdi/gajar/ muli, dahi or lassi. For dinner nan with sabzi, dal, milk. U can vary in ur diet depending ur likes but its better all types of seasonal foods, cearial & pulses, vegetables & fruits, milk & milk pdts., meat & meat pdts are consumed.
