Go have her seen by the doctor. By even posting this question someone can turn you in to the children's place, sad but true!

The fever I would be very concerned about. A fever in a child may bring on a siezure..with the heartbeat being rapid

The best thing would be to take her to an ER so they can monitor the fever and rapid heartbeat.

Call your doctor. Ask about alternating ibuprofen and acetamenophin to lower the fever. Sounds to me like the fever is really high.
