well sanjay if u dont mind why dont u check u local papaer classfieds ....and search best nurse for him... or else check in yellow pages... sulekha search or else google search helps one

better than medical attendant do keep some simple attandant to tale care of her alternately for 24 hours and take the assistance of physician regularly
