My brother has hepatitis c and they removed 14 and a half liters off him. he has been in comas. Is he about to die. he has had bouts of alot of bleeding.?

Search where on neem tree pipal has grown, if you find one take eight fresh leaves of pipal grind it with 1 ltr. water strain it & give him 20 ml. every after 4 hrs.
Give him Punarnavadi Mandur 2 tabs twice a day., & Tapyadi Loh 2 tabs twice a day, Amla & Aloe vera juice 20 ml. each with water twice a day. Give him Muli & Muli pappa Juice twice a day.
And after recovery give him Alloo sandwich with tomato juice twice a day.
He will be alright soon.
