Hi......Im one gymnasiam....better to joint gym..if u dont then just do some things:
1)control on ur dieat.
2)Avoid outside oily things, use homefood when go for office or school.
3) better to take morning walk & night walk after dinar ane increase ur walking speed slowly......
4) avoid vehicals for walkable distance
5) Dont eat bakery products.(bread, pav etc......)avoid rice.......
