Hi, if you are looking out for weight loss results in inches then the best option to reduce excess weight in inches is through healthy diet and exercises. Do aerobic exercises (walking/cycling/swimming) to burn extra calories and a weight training workout to help tighten and strengthen the muscles. Eat low fat, low calorie diet. Include variety of low fat foods in the diet. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods. Drink plenty of water.
