i m 16 yrs of age n i m very feable i want some suggestion 2 increase mah health somethingvich is called desi elaj. i m also takin medicines  

Desi elaj to be healthy & well build, would be eat nutritious food, if U r a veggi eat greens & other veg. Sprouted cereals if U can eat for nashta or Makkai, Banana/seasonal fruits/juice & milk. For lunch dal chaval roti with any subzi, raw veg.kakdi, gajar, muli & handful of groundnut with goud or dahi or lassi. For dinner roti/parata/nan with makhan & any seasonal veg. sag or subjji or pannir. If U r a non. veg. egg a day with double roti & milk/fruit/juice. For lunch meat, roti, chaval, subji or raw veg. kakdi/gajar/ muli, dahi or lassi. For dinner nan with sabzi, dal, milk. U can vary in ur diet depending ur likes but its better all types of seasonal foods, cearial & pulses, vegetables & fruits, milk & milk pdts., meat & meat pdts are consumed.

There are numerous factors which are responsible for health like genetic make over,type of food you eat,type of work you do etc.
You need to change you food habit like eat healthy food ,salad but dont prefer oily food to get fat cus it will make you lazy.Eat 4-5 times but in small amount.Eat sprouts as well.

well kapil taking medicines not alone helps ...u msut take fresh vegges ...fruits ....and also taking the fresh meat ...dairy products also helps one !

Have milk and milk products
If you are taking medicine with concern of doctor then its ok otherwise dont prefer that,it can cause side effect.

You are in a growing age and you need to eat well to be healthy. If you are not able to be health inspite of good nutrition you need to consult a Doctor and get various investigations done.

You are taking medicines for what? In this age a good nutritious diet, an hour of aerobics ( may be walking or swimming or any out door games) and a good 6 to 7 hrs sleep will keep you healthy.
