maxillofacial surgeries are a very complicated suregeries and not done routinely.. it is done following some facial disfiguring diseases and following carcinoma of paranasal sinuses, oromaxillary fistula etc...

your question is not clear at all.

the surgery its not easy.they broke the upper jaw from some location then they can move it in any direction.
but if you want to do it you should get your braces again . because the orthodontic therapy before surgery is completely different from the treatment without surgery. the orthodontist should make the teeth worse in order to get the surgeon space to move the jaws. so forget it it doesn't worth getting braces again ! unless your beauty is so important to you so much that you want to accept the charges and the pain.
