But, beauty has another definition - a person having beautiful mind is more beautiful than the beautiful person having crooked mind. So, beauty lies in the eyes of the person who is seeing it. In case of health - to some extent it is genetic. There are some health problem which is transferred from parents to their child. Otherwise, with a general fit body, a person can definitely build more healthy body by various techniques.

To a certain extent it is true. But u can also build up both. A healthy constitution that means height and weight is because a person is born that way. Immunity and frailty is also because of that. But the environmental factors are also causal. A persn born in a polluted atmosphere is more likely to get asthma than one growing in the fresh country side.
Again a sharp nose and skin color may be hereditary. yet when a person leads a licentious life, the face gets haggard with its collected sins. Similarly, a person leading a good and honorable life will begin to glow more and more. This in spite of being common looking basically.

Beauty is sometimes genetic but health is acquired. We have to work a lot to keep healthy. Maintaining health is easy but needs consistency. We have to adopt healthy habits and avoid unhealthy ones. Little bit of exercise with healthy ingredients in our diet benefits a lot to our health. For beauty, though there is a genetic gift, we can add to it by some extra care. If we take care to maintain skin quality, hair texture, shapely body, than we can maintain our beauty and even enhence too, for a longer time. Our dress adds too to our beauty along with our make ups. A smile adds beauty to a person. Behaviour also have an impact too on our beauty. So, though we get our colour genetically, we can improve it lot by adopting beautifying techniques and taking an extra care to our health.
