If one really wants to get slim, one should religiously do exercises. Sweating out through workout & balanced high protein diet is the only way to reduce the accumulated fat (permanently). All these products are misguiding lazy people. So get out of that couch & start moving. If u find exercising difficult, then simply walk briskly for 45 mins. First 5 min walk slowly as a warm up & same with the last 5 as cool down. Drink atleast four cuppa green tea to boost up the fat reduction. Do this constantly for 30 days & note the changes.
