Kidney beans, also known as dried French beans or Rajmah, are regarded as a very effective home remedy for kidney problems, including kidney stones. The method prescribed to prepare the medicine is to remove the beans from inside the pods, then slice the pods and put about sixty grams in four litre of hot water, boiling them slowly for six hours. This liquid should be strained through fine muslin and then allowed to cool for about eight hours. Thereafter the fluid should be poured through another piece of muslin without stirring.A glass of this decoction should be given to the patient every two hours throughout the day for one day and, thereafter, it may be taken several times a week. Drinking lots of water .Pls do consult a doctor for ur problem.You should avoid taking ,tomatoes,green chillies&capsicum and all those things which contains seeds in them as all this causes stone .after cosulting u can also take potassium sparing diuretics, and tab neeri 2 tab twice

Drinking lot of water which will create pressure on urinary bladder.stone will expel out along with urine.Pls do consult a doctor for ur problem.You should avoid taking spinach,cabbege,tomatoes,green chillies&capsicum as all this causes stone also avoid diet rich in fat content,drinking&non veg.

dude, prefer liquids...it will be very painfull if u rnt goin for surgery, and u want to pass it out....
dont take protein filled foodstuffs...stay away from meat etc....
go for juices and other such liquids...

Dear Dheeraj, These are tiny stones and most likely they will pass out without any surgery. I think the second stone should be in Ureter and not in urethra. May be you have misspelt it. Any way, consult a surgeon, take proper medicines. Don't start your treatment by any advice on the internet only. Drink plenty of water (to make atleast 2 to 2.5 litres of urine every day) and for this you will have to drink water even without any thirst. If these stones dont pass out easily they can still be removed without any surgical operation. They can be removed by "cystoscopy and using a Dormia basket" or by "Lithotripsy". But usually some medicines and lots of water are the only thing necessary.
But remember!! getting the stones removed by any method does not abolish the possibilty of another stone formation. For that you should avoid taking Tomatoes (Tamatar) and Spinach (palak). They are rich in oxalates and promote stone formation. A life long habbit of drinking lots of water is absolutely essential.
