the best thing to control emotions is simply taking a long breath whenever you feel u are reacting emotionally! this is best way i personally use this technique.after that u can see the result!anotherthing is make bestfriends even try to be a best friend! then automatically you will have the result!anothrone is to practise yoga this can do for you!
