It is a perverted form of sex play. Between men it is called Sodomy and between women it is Lesbianism. As per India Penal Code it is a crime, if it is proved. Coming to AIDS, by simple body contact AIDS do not spread to the other person. But there is all possibility of contact and transfer of virus through blood and genital secretions, and very small amount through saliva. Remember,AIDS transmission usually occur through unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse, unprotected oral sex, including homosex. with person infected with AIDS.

Homosexuality itself does not cause AIDS. Partner in the homosexuality would acquire it if other partner is infected with HIV.
