take luke-warm saline water (add some salt to a glass of water ) and gurgle 5 to 6 times daily. and have two teaspoonfuls of pure honey everyday. that shall surely cure ur soar-throat.

Do saline (salt in warm water)gargling 2-3 times a day. Before going to bed do it.
Try 2-3days.

hi the only solution is take a little bit of honey and mix with tulasi leaves , chew and swallow it gives relief, and next try to chew cloves also

Gargling is a preventive. If it is too bad, antibiotic treatment is the best and the quickest.. home remedies get late. but for initial stages, i have some solutions.It is caused by the body resisting something. U take heavily iced juices or icecreams when the body is not prepared for it.Or u have a weak constitution,that u over strained beyond the capacity, so u got it.One home remedy is to heat tulsi leaves and after the quanity has shrunk, drink the decoction, with honey or jaggery. Another method is to smash the dried root called “chittirathai”(tamil word…don’t know English tr). Boil it well, add “panam kalkanndu”(tam wd…don’t know English tr) every day added to a dash of pepper. Peppered lemon juice itself prevents all this.It builds up body resistence so well.

An unusual but effective home remedy for strep throat is this: take a whole onion, boil it in a little water, crush it, add pepper and salt and eat this combo with a bit of butter!

Gargle with salt water (½ tsp. mixed with 4 oz warm water) every few hours or as needed.
Mix a cup of warm water, 2 tsp. honey and the juice of one lemon (or several teaspoons) and keep sipping it every 10 minutes.
