Hi sliming pills may give you temporary results of weight loss. But they have lots of side effects and they are harmful. The best way to reduce extra weight is through balanced diet and exercise. Eat low fat, low calorie diet. Include variety of low fat foods in the diet. Include green leafy veggies, fruits, salads, nuts, low fat milk, and low fat paneer. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Do aerobic exercises (walking/cycling/swimming) to burn extra calories and a weight training workout to help tighten and strengthen the muscles. Do brisk walking, cycling or swimming for 30 minutes thrice a week. On alternate days perform weight training exercises. Focus on abdominal crunches, sit ups and also do variations in these.
