No you should not consider BMI it gives wrong idea.according to BMI scale you need to be 70 but if you gain 12 kgs weight , after 20 years you have high chance of getting pot belly and high chance of getting heart attack.Your weight is fine. The point is are you fit that is important .So do some exercise and eat balanced diet . Never believe in BMI.
