few reasons of infertility in women is anovulation , blocked tubes ,or some problem in the uterine cacity or infection the endometrium

It can be due to low haemoglobin level.
Also it can be because of less oestrogen secretion( hormonal imbalance).
Also thyroid can be the reason.
It is serious condition for a women and should consult a gynaecologist as soon as possible.
