i am even scared of riding the bike because of the sneezes.Can anybody suggest me some nasal spray.iam not getting proper sleep because of this allergy..help me  

You suffer from severe allergy and the cause of allergy is to be found out and treated.It is the only permanent solution for this.Taking nasal spray continueosly over a long period may cause growth of flesh inside the nostril.
" Relent ",is a good medicine and with one dose the sneezing will stop for hours together.For over long use also it does not cause much problem.Consult a doctor also.

Firstly you need to identify your allergen this can be done by noting the time when are you getting allergies and which place and what were you doing . Most common allergen is animal hair and pillows . Try changing them use realance pillow wash pillow cover once in every two day to keep it clean . And you bedsheet too. Hope this can take care of allergies whcih come at night time.

there is some local spray of cipla and german remedies for sneezing purposes that will help you much other wise take one tab of lorfast daily

Why do you want to take the shortcut route in 1st place?You will get proper sleep with time.Contact dermatologist/ENT specialist .Let them check you thoroughly to detect any abnormalities. If you cant go to doctor for any specific reason,then try this> Levocetirizine.You will get symptomatic relief+sleep.You must take it for 5 days continued,even if u get relief by 2/3rd day.

take citrizine tab before sleep!if not relieved you should consult a proper physician to check for which you are getting sensitised!then only the permanent solution can be made out!

avoid all kinds of body spray and powder.

Breath slowly when you have allergy this will help you to get better sleep at night.

Do pranayama which will help you.I also tried this this is really a good one i didn't even get one sneeze that day .

Nasal sprays and anti-hisamines will not cure your allergy you need to prevent it .

Try pankaj kasthuri which works really well . hope this will help you

you have allergic rhinitis.....further this will lead to nasal blockade due to hypertrophy of tubinates.it can be treated.
for now you can use nasal drops composed of pseudoehedrine...and other decongestant.
take cetrizine orally 10mg bd.
yoga is very helpful...20min a day can work

i think this will work.
please consult your doc....
stay fine.

well vagrant u can use Astelin (Azelastin hydrocholoride) is the only local antihistamine available as a nasal spray. It is available by prescription only
