you have to use a salt water solution to rinse the wounds to wash out food particles and germs . which killing hurts at the first few days. Though, it's all good once it heals and no more wisdom pain.

I took out two a year ago. One of them is actually tilted, which made it a lot more difficult to remove. I took about 3 weeks to heal, so I had puffy cheeks all through those days.

Yes. I have had the same thing happen to me. My top two wisdom teeth had started to grow into the jaw bone and it prevented me from being able to open my mouth all the way.
